Empire of Roth uses an original rule system designed just for our games. This system is designed to promote safety, enjoyment, and realism in play. While the rules attempts to be straightforward and clear, all potentials cannot be covered. Loopholes and oversights will not be considered as excuses for actions which breach reasonable conduct and good sportsmanship. In instances of question we ask that one looks to common sense, and the intended spirit of the rules.

Empire of Roth and its affiliates reserve the right to eject or exclude any person from our events for the following reasons: Failure to comply with local, state, and federal law; endangering, or showing intent to endanger, persons or property, including that of EoR and our facility providers; failure to comply with the rules of EoR, or event-related requests made by event Admins.

Empire of Roth does not allow any person under the age of 16 to participate in event combat. All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, or an appointed guardian, in order to attend overnight events.

All Players will be expected to sign a release before participating in an EoR event; this includes non-combatant players, defined as those who choose to not participate in game combat. While all efforts are taken to make EoR as safe as possible, injury may occur both in and out of combat. For those under the age of 18, a legal guardian must sign the release form with either a notary or a member of the event staff as witness.
